I was looking at the magazine rack today, and of course this jumped out at me.
I have no idea who Maria Jose is besides that she is apparently a singer from Mexico. Regardless here Maria on the cover of a Spanish men’s magazine.
I know this is an obscure post, but it reminds me so much of the Rihanna album cover and Paris Hilton photo shoot with David LaChapelle.
While not as offensive as the Rihanna cover, I still take issue with the picture below where men try to ripe off the wires that bind her. I have a feeling it has little to do with emancipating Maria from her bondage.
